We specialize in creating custom-made, personalized products designed specifically for each customer’s needs. Because each order is uniquely made to your specifications, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than manufacturing defects. This policy is in place because custom products cannot be restocked or resold.
We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping or improper handling once your order has left our facility. We undergo extensive quality checks after your order is sent out to ensure our craftsmanship.
Order Accuracy We ask all customers to carefully review their order details — including sizes, colors, designs, names, spelling, and other personalization — before completing their purchase. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified as production begins immediately.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or contains an error due to our mistake, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue along with your order number. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement for the affected item. Refunds will not be issued.
Limitations We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
Mistakes in personalization that were submitted incorrectly by the customer.
General dissatisfaction with size, color, or style when the item matches the original order specifications.
Damage caused by improper handling or use after delivery.
